REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee (The "Cooling-off" Period): We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. In accordance with consumer protection laws, we offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not accessed, viewed, or downloaded the digital content or worksheet.

2. Exception for Digital Content (Waiving the Right of Withdrawal) Please note that our products are digital content (video courses) that are available for immediate access.

By purchasing a course and logging in to view the content, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal (refund) once the digital content has been accessed or streamed.

If you purchase a course but do not access or view the content, you retain your right to request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

3. How to Request a Refund: If you have not accessed the content and wish to request a refund, please contact our support team at support@mydylc.com with your order ID. We will verify that the content has not been accessed and process your refund within 5–10 business days.

4. Processing Time:Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund immediately. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your original payment method depends on your bank or credit card issuer. generally, this will be:

✓ Credit/Debit Cards: 5–10 business days.

✓ Bank Transfers: 3–7 business days.

5. Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for cancellations made in the middle of a billing cycle.

6. Exceptions Refunds are not available after the 14-day refund window has passed.
